About Jacob

Jacob Hinson joins OneTrust Insurance Partners LLC as an agent on December 1, 2026. He is a Gaston County native and considers it a privilege to serve the people and businesses of the county and the communities around it.

Jacob earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, with a concentration in risk management and insurance, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and comes to OneTrust from working as an insurance agent here in Gaston County.

His approach is to get to know clients personally first. The things you have worked hard for deserve the right protection, and understanding your life and your business is how he finds the coverage that fits. At OneTrust, Jacob can now compare more than 25 carriers to do it, instead of one company’s products.
